Wargaming partners with Games Workshop for World of Tanks Blitz in-game event
Warhammer 40,000-themed event taking place over Halloween

Wargaming has partnered with Games Workshop to license the Warhammer 40,000 IP for a special in-game event in mobile title World of Tanks Blitz.
The in-game event will be called Macragge’s Thunder and will feature a Warhammer 40,000-themed map based on the Imperial world of Macragge, as well as two new tanks. The event will take place over Halloween.
It marks the first time the two companies have worked together on a game.
Rolling out
Games Workshop has leant its IP to a number of games developers over the years as it seeks to expanded its IP across different mediums.
Released mobile titles based on the Warhammer 40,000 IP include Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch - Tyranid Invasion, Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade and Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon.
