Due to the fantastic international growth of Leadbolt, a new role has been created which will allow the right candidate to make their mark on the mobile industry. A unique opportunity exists for a highly motivated, strategic, analytical, savvy, experienced, performance driven sales account executive to be part of the Sydney based team growing our international Publisher base.

This position is ideal for you if you are an existing account manager of an online or mobile ad sales team, or at least hold a solid understanding of media sales.

The right candidate will have experience and a proven track record for building a strong sales portfolio in fast closing sales. You will ideally have conducted remote sales, be familiar with sales performance management, be focused on exceeding sales objectives, and happy to work in a team contributing to the company growth and success.

The Role

Contribute directly in identifying and creating the revenue strategy.
Identify, penetrate and develop key mobile app developer or direct advertiser accounts.

  • Prospect and close new business and exceed quarterly and annual goals.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure campaign success and provide product feedback.
  • Provide sales management with detailed pipeline report and market analysis.
  • Represent LeadBolt at industry tradeshows and client events to evangelize the company.

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, strategic and tactical to provide world class account management:

  • 3+ years fast-moving sales experience.
  • Be an overachiever who is excited to take on a unique and challenging opportunity
  • Proven history of attaining new accounts and a confirmed track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Be passionate about their smart phone and love advertising
  • Have experience in online sales, mobile marketing or media sales and be well versed in digital campaign metrics
  • Have knowledge of mobile ad serving (or web-based, alternatively)
  • Experience in (CPC, CPM, CPI) pricing models.
  • Have a history of deriving innovative solutions to ambiguous problems
  • Have high energy, be self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast paced, deadline and result oriented environment
  • Be able to working in a multi-cultural, international environment and prepared to contribute to team and company growth
  • Great communication skills; understands the needs of advertisers and publishers and positions LeadBolt solutions effectively.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced start up environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Candidates fluent in additional languages are particularly welcome.
