Despite super villainous file size, Marvel Future Fight hits 20 million downloads

It wasn't that long ago that we considered the top grossing status of Netmarble's Marvel Future Fight.

That was off the back of its 10 million download announcement.

One month later, the Tencent-backed Korean publisher has double its pride with the news that the brand RPG has now broken the 20 million download barrier across iOS and Android.

This is particularly impressive given that the quoted App Store download file size of 450 MB balloons to 860 MB once installed, and marks the first international success for the company.

Going global

"We are overjoyed at the vast popularity of Marvel Future Fight," said CEO Young-sig Kwon, CEO,

"Our goal is to continue to provide fans with ongoing new content, whether it's additional characters, bonuses or stages that will keep adding to the game's robust offerings.

"In doing so, we strive to further engage and reward our loyal players as well as reach new audiences around the world."
