TFJoy, the Rotterdam-based mobile games publisher, is looking to hire a YouTube Video Producer for a 4-6 month paid internship.

The role, which is advertised as being 35 to 45 hours per week, requires not only the ability to create and upload videos, but also "provide metrics of traffic statistics," as well as replying to comments and so forth.

A strong knowledge of (and passion for) games is also an obvious prerequisite.

Interestingly, however, the ability to "be critical on games, able to easily spot the pros & cons," is also listed as a core requirement, suggesting that this is to be a more typical YouTuber role than simply video marketing for TFJoy's games.
