Craig Chapple appointed Editor of PocketGamer.biz

Steel Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Chapple as the new Editor of PocketGamer.biz, the leading website for the business of mobile games.

A respected games journalist, Craig Chapple has been in the games industry for five years and previously worked as Deputy Editor of games industry publication Develop and Online Editor at Nintendo.

New roles

Talented PocketGamer.biz journalists Ric Cowley and Matt Suckley have also been promoted to News Editor and Features Editor.

Current Editor-in-Chief Jon Jordan will be stepping back from his current role but will remain as part of the team in his new position as Contributing Editor.

The new roles spark a fresh chapter for PocketGamer.biz as it aims to continue bringing the most important news, features and opinion in mobile gaming to a global audience.

Part of that new era is the announcement of the Mobile Games University, to launch on August 22nd.

Part of the PocketGamer.biz site, the Mobile Games University aims to aggregate the most insightful articles, white papers, videos and more from experts to teach developers, publishers and other mobile industry personnel about the enormous mobile games business.
