Tremor Video DSP appoints former Matomy CEO as Executive Chairman

Mobile advertising platform Taptica has appointed former Matomy CEO Ofer Drukeras the Executive Chairman of its subsidiary Tremor Video DSP.

Tremor was acquired by Taptica in August 2017 and specialises in video advertising optimisation and attribution.

M&A activity

Drucker will be responsible for data partnerships, expanding Tremor into new territories and dealing with supply. He will also work with Taptica’s CEO Hagai Tal on the company’s growth strategy, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
