Finnish publisher Full XP names Eliza Ralph as CTO

Finnish publisher Full XP has appointed Eliza Ralph as its new chief technology officer.

In the new role she’ll be responsible for leading the company’s technical direction and strategy.

The firm offers a number of services to developers including localisation, monetisation design and balancing, marketing, PR and live operations.

Ralph said she hopes her appointment as CTO will help encourage other women to consider a career in technology.

She had previously worked at Helsinki-based The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land developer Next Games in product development.

New challenge

“I'm super excited about taking on the role of CTO at Full XP,” said Ralph.

“I have a great opportunity to unleash my full potential and I look forward to the challenges working in an innovative start-up brings.

“I like to take a holistic approach, a systems thinking view to problem solving”.

Full XP CEO Nikolina Zidar added: “Besides having amazing technical skills, Eliza is a great leader and educator, with fantastic organisational skills.

“I could not think of a more competent person to build our technical discipline and lead Full XP to the new chapter of growth.”
