Programmers- Unity/C#/Python in London

Programmer - Development - London, United Kingdom

Job Title Programmers- Unity/C#/Python in London
Job Description

Looking for the very best programmers - graduates welcome!

We’re a small, friendly but ambitious team, backed by some of the biggest names in the games industry. Based in central London, we’re looking to hire the best generalist programmers to work on both client and server code, design and live operations for our mobile RPG titles (one is Dragon's Watch, out now on iOS and Android, one is currently unannounced but coming later this year). Talent, a love of RPG and mobile games and a strong portfolio of work is more important to us than industry experience, so these roles are open to newcomers who've made their own games, as well as those with industry experience.

Essential attributes:

First class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science from a top-rated university

Excellent A levels or equivalent

Must have a love and demonstrable understanding of RPG games, including free-to-play mobile games

Demonstrable expertise with:

Unity (you should have created games, or at least high quality prototypes, of your own, using Unity or other game engines)

Python (2.7)

Git (ideally) or experience of using version control software within a team environment

Even better if you also have experience with one of:

XNA/Monogame development for PC, Android or iOS

Google App Engine - Datastore and memcache

Google Firebase authentication and realtime database

Candidates will be asked to take a programming/Unity/problem solving test to help us with our evaluation process.
