If there aren't enough talks at GDC, Game Connection is going to make sure you have even more opportunities to learn from industry experts.
Well known as the place developers and publishers - Chillingo, Zynga, GREE, Activision Blizzard, and Sony are available for meetings this year - make the most of their precious time with quickfire meetings in the same location, the US leg of the Game Connection merry-go-round has just announced its talk schedule for 2013.
More jaw-jaw
Held from March 25-27 at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco, the panels are split into business and marketing tracks.
A wide range of subjects are covered - check out the schedule for full details - but a couple have caught our eye.
Applifier evangelist Oscar Clark will be hosting a panel on Mobile Games: What's Next?, with Fishlabs CEO Michael Schade, Digital Chocolate COO Jason Loia, and Gameloft's US publishing VP Baudouin Corman.
Another tasty panel covers mobile user acquisition, where Tapjoy's Chris Akhavan, Playfirst CEO Marco DeMiroz, TinyCo's analytics director Nick Ross, and speakers from Kiwi and Gogii will be chewing on the fat of the land (so to speak).
And King.com's Tommy Palm is taking the subject of The Future of Social Games, alongside DeNA US CEO Clive Downie, CrowdStar CEO Jeffrey Tseng, Wooga's Sebastian Kriese. Bee Cave Games CEO Erik Bethke will moderate.
Of course, there are lots more sessions, including those covering new financing options, emerging distribution methods, and eSports, and there will also be a day-long masterclass on European online payment management on March 27.
Check the website for more details.
The next one
But if that isn't enough for you, Game Connection has announced the dates and pricing for its Asian event too.
Held between 28-29 May in Shanghai, China, you can access Game Connection Asia starting from 190, up to 1650 for the premium exhibition package.
But these prices are the early bird offer, which ends on 6 March so if you want to go, get over the website now.
