TIGA's Games Tax Relief tour heads to MediaCityUK

UK trade association TIGA has revealed that its Games Tax Relief Tour will be dropping by MediaCityUK in Salford, Manchester on Tuesday 24 June.

The tour is designed to bring expert speakers and local developers together to discuss the newly introduced Games Tax Relief.

TIGAs panel of experts, which includes Richard Wilson, CEO of TIGA, Simon Smith, CEO of thumbfood, and Anna Mansi, BFI, will be on hand to help developers understand how the GTR will benefit their studios.

Northern networking

The event, which will run from 2 - 5pm, is completely free, and TIGA is encouraging those who wish to attend to sign up early to ensure they don't miss out.

Salford's Media City

"We aim for our meet-ups to encourage networking, sharing of knowledge amongst expert speakers and attendees as well as providing food & drink at every event," read a TIGA statement.

"We have limited space at each event, so please register as early as possible at your nearest location."
