Learnings from Aalto University's Game Executive program

At Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki 2014, Teemu Saarelainen from Cursor led a panel talk about the Game Executive program through Aalto University.

It occured over a two month period in 2013-2014, working with 15 executives from both large and small studios to improve their leadership skills.

The discussion covered subjects such as the most pressing issues that mobile game studios in Finland struggle with.

These ranged from allowing people to work responsibility while completing projects on time and on budget, to keeping focus and how to motivate your staff.
