Supercell and King investors join Hutch Games' board of directors

Hutch gears up for MMX Racing Multiplayer launch

Supercell and King investors join Hutch Games' board of directors

Following investment from Index Ventures and Initial Capital, Hutch has welcomed Ben Holmes and Ken Lambto its board of directors.

Between them, Holmes and Lamb's respective companies have invested in King, Supercell, Mind Candy, and Playfish.

This news coincides with the launch of MMX Racing Multiplayer on the App Store and Google Play, the follow-up to Hutch's flagship MMX Racing.

After that game garnered over 10 million installs, it's clear that the firm is keen to further build on that initial success.

New faces

“We’re thrilled to have Ken Lamb and Ben Holmes join our board in time for the launch of MMX Racing Multiplayer," said Shaun Rutland, Hutch CEO and co-founder.

"The investment and strategic support from both Index and Initial have been enormously valuable to Hutch as we lay the foundations for a very big year ahead.”
