Nordeus sports game becomes most popular on mobile

Top Eleven signs up 100 million registered mobile players

Top Eleven has cemented its place as the world’s most popular mobile sports game by smashing the 100 million registered users milestone.

Fronted by Chelsea FC manager Jose Mourinho, the series now boasts users in every country in the world – indeed, if all Top Eleven players lived in one country, it would be the 13th largest on Earth.

Growing audience

10 million people play Top Eleven each month, with four million daily active users logging in to play the football club management game.

The F2P game was developed back in 2010 by Nordeus, which is coincidentally celebrating its fifth birthday.

The Serbian developer now employs over 170 people across five countries, and was one of the pioneers of the cross-platform gaming experience.

Nordeus CEO Branko Milutinovic commented, “Since we produced the first Top Eleven game in 2010, people from all over the world have been drawn to its exciting take on football management.

"Players love to develop their own football club from the ground up, so we’re really excited to see that 100 million people from all over the world enjoy playing Top Eleven."
