Concept Art House CEO James Zhang on helping Supercell make its Super Bowl ad

At Pocket Gamer Connects San Francisco 2015, Peter Willington spoke to James Zhang, who's the CEO of two companies, Concept Art House and Spellgun.

Concept Art House is a high quality outsourcing studio, which provides pre-production concept art, animations, 3D assets.

It's worked on over 500 games, including Supercell's Hay Day, Kabam's Spirit Lords, not to mention working with top developers such as Riot Games, Blizzard and Hasbro.

In addition, Concept Art House worked with Supercell to provide the 3D models that were used in its famous Liam Nielson Super Bowl XLIX ad for Clash of Clans.

Zhang also spoke about the key trends he sees happening in mobile games, including higher quality and more expensive graphics and the rise of big Chinese companies like NetEase in the
