Video: Fiksu's Glenn Kiladis on the mobile data revolution

At Pocket Gamer Connects San Francisco 2015, Glenn Kiladis, SVP of New Media Solutions at Fiksu, gave a talk about the "mobile data revolution".

In terms of time spent with devices, "mobile has surpassed TV minutes on a daily average", with 177 minutes spent on phones as opposed to 168 minutes watching TV, showing a need to study mobile more intently.

Big brands and better targeting

Kiladis pointed out that "increasing UA cost is a real issue", with brands entering the mobile space already backed by large amounts of money, who are able to pay the premiums that ad platforms will charge to make more money from the big spenders.

For this reason, Kiladis then talks about how Fiksu can help developers study their data to target advertising better, thanks to Fiksu's wide range of connections giving them access to all kinds of data.
