Submissions now open for the Develop:Brighton Indie Showcase

Submissions are now open for Develop:Brighton's sixth Indie Showcase, a free-to-enter competition for indie developers to show off their games to a panel of experts.

From the games submitted, ten finalists will be picked, with the developers receiving two Indie Dev Day passes, up to five Expo passes, and a spot in the Showcase to display their game to conference attendees on July 12-14.

“The showcase is now in its sixth year and continues to be a fantastic opportunity for indie developers to get their games in front of publishers, the gaming press and their fellow peers,” said Adam Green, managing director of Assyria Games and chair of the judging panel.

Previous winners of the showcase include Darklings, which became a top 100 grossing game on the iOS App Store.

“Each year, the quality of submission to the Develop:Brighton Indie Showcase seems to get higher and higher and it’s fantastic to see our growing list of shortlisted alumni going on to both critical and commercial success,” said Andy Lane, managing director of conference organisers Tandem Events.

You can submit your game to the competition on the official website.
