Mobius Final Fantasy hits one million downloads outside Japan

New items added to store to appeal to Western players

Mobius Final Fantasy hits one million downloads outside Japan

Square Enix's Mobius Final Fantasy has surpassed one million downloads outside of Japan in its first week of release.

The game had previously been released exclusively in Japan in 2015, but finally made its way to the West in August 2016.

More for less

The game will also see some balances to its store in an effort to appease Western players, such as offering more items in the Mobius Gift Box and removing the expiration date on distilled magicite.

Mobius Final Fantasy's main draw is its impressive 3D visuals, but, as noted in our Game of the Week entry, its gameplay isn't for everyone.
