Telltale Games has officially announced and released its narrative adventure game based on popular TV series Mr Robot.

The game, Mr Robot:1.51 exfiltratiOn, was made in partnership with indie studio Night School Games, developers of console title Oxenfree, and US TV network NBC.

Familiar ground

It sees players being sent messages in real-time and working their way through a text-based adventure, making decisions that impact the story, much like the Lifeline series by 3 Minute Games.

While Telltale had previously published iOS-exclusive Hector: Badge of Carnage on PC and Mac, Mr Robot marks the first time the company has published a mobile-exclusive game.
