Make a game at the Pocket Jam during Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki 2016

Fancy a game jam in one of the hottest – sometimes coldest – games industry hubs in the world?

Then look no further than the first ever Pocket Jam at Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki on September 5th and 6th!

The event is run by the Finnish Game Jam ry in collaboration with Pocket Gamer.

How does it work?

You can sign up to the Pocket Jam for free here.

You can choose your own platform and technology. And being Pocket Gamer Connects we’re sure to see lots of innovative bite-sized mobile games being developed.

Participants who finish and upload their game according to the deadline (3pm on Tuesday, September 6th) will be in with a chance to win a ticket to Pocket Gamer Connects London and have the opportunity to present their game!

All uploading teams will also automatically be considered as candidates for the Finnish Game Jam Awards 2017.

Additional surprises may also be available…

You can come alone or with your team – but keep your team open for new participants.

Also make sure everyone on your team is registered!

Time, travel and location

The Pocket Jam will take place from 9am on Monday, September 5th to 3pm on Tuesday, September 6th.

It’ll be held at the usual Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki stomping ground:

Wanha Satama,

00161 Helsinki,
Finland
