Warner Bros. Suicide Squad: Special Ops achieves 10 million downloads

Warner Brothers' mobile title Suicide Squad: Special Opshas achieved ten million downloads since it launched on 5 August 2016.

The report comes from SensorTower, which found that the download split between Google Play and the Apple App Store is around 70/30 to Google Play.

The gang's all here

The game is available for free without any IAPs and is being used as a marketing tool for the Suicide Squad movie, so its long tail might well help sales of the home release later down the line.

It's not the only DC Universe game to launch on mobile this year, with Turbine's Batman: Arkham Underworld launching earlier in the year.

Warner Brothers also has DC Comics Legends currently in soft-launch, which looks very similar to Disney's massively successful Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
