Seriously brings in Justin Bieber and YouTube stars for (RED) charity campaign

Finnish developer Seriously has launched a new influencer campaign in conjunction with Apple's #GamesForRED charity campaign.

Both the original Best Fiends and Best Fiends Forever will be featured by Apple in the campaign. They will receive new IAPs that will help raise money for AIDS charity (RED).

To help promote the new content, Seriously has enlisted pop star Justin Bieber to lead a YouTube campaign encouraging people to play the games. YouTubers such as Dan and Phil have also been brought in for the influencer campaign.

Doing the right thing

"At Seriously, we are committed to doing the right thing," said Andrew Stalbow, Co-founder and CEO, Seriously.

"We are thrilled to have Best Fiends and our recently launched Best Fiends Forever participate in Games for (RED) to help support this important cause in observance of World AIDS Day on December 1st."

The campaign will run between from November 30th to December 6th. All proceeds raised from sales of the (RED) related content will go directly to the charity.

Seriously has a long history of charity work and influencer campaigns. It combined the two most recently with an Ariana Grande-led campaign for Apple's #AppsForEarth campaign.
