Free to attend Mobile Retention and Engagement Gaming Summit kicks off March 1st in San Francisco

The free to attend Mobile Retention and Engagement Gaming Summit 2017 will kick off on March 1st in San Francisco.

The conference will take place at the St. Regis Hotel, a short walk from the Moscone Center where GDC 2017 will take place at the same time.

The MORE Gaming Summit will host speakers from companies such as Scopely, Armada Interactive, Wooga, Pocket Gems, PlayRaven, Nexon and more.

Player support tips

The event keynote, entitled ‘The Evolution of a CS team and early KPI tracking with David Tamayo’ will kick off from 9:15am.

Tamayo, who works at Scopely, will discuss the lessons he has learned growing a support team of 70 staff.

Other sessions will delve into the role of player support in live ops, how to incorporate player feedback into game design and how to maximise engagement and reduce churn.
