Next Games kicks off huge influencer campaign to promote new The Walking Dead: No Man's Land update

Next Games has kicked off a major influencer campaign on YouTube to help promote the latest update to its flagship game The Walking Dead: No Man's Land.

The campaign has seen around 20 influencers creating content around the game. Top-tier influencers working on the campaign include speedyw03, with 6.6 million subscribers, Lele Pons with 4.6 million subscribers, and Rudy Manusco, with 2.4 million subscribers.

Some videos created for the campaign are already drawing in large numbers of viewers. A collaboration between Lele Pons and another influencer, Anwar Jibawi, has received almost 4.2 million views in under a week.

The influencer campaign is being used to promote a new "The Walking Dead Highlights" update, which allows users to play through storylines from earlier seasons of the AMC TV show.

"The fans absolutely loved our season 7 integration and so we are very excited to bring our players a new series of missions that reflect the most important periods in the history of The Walking Dead," said Next Games CMO Saara Bergström.

The Walking Dead: No Man's Land has seen 16 million downloads since it first launched in September 2015. Next Games is also working on a new game based on the Blade Runner 2049 IP.
