Super Evil Megacorp's Vaingloryis making its way to TV screens for the first time as part of a new ESL-produced series airing on Disney XD's eSports progamming block D|XP.
Vainglory will be appearing in a special episode of ESL's new ESL Brawlers series. The first six episodes will be dedicated to Capcom's console game Street Fighter V, with the final seventh episode dedicated to a Vainglory match between community members and pro players.
ESL will also be premiering another seven-episode series dedicated to speedrunning, called ESL Speedrunners. It is currently unknown which games will be featured in this series.
"Creating original programming is one of ESL’s top priorities and we are thrilled to partner with Disney’s D|XP to create engaging content for their audience," said Nik Adams, Senior Vice President of Global Media Rights and Distribution, ESL.
"We've produced really exciting, unique content for D|XP to capture a variety of gaming elements across the cultural landscape, and we look forward to bringing this programming to the community."
ESL has worked with Super Evil Megacorp before, producing its recent Vainglory Spring Championship in London. It also worked with Fnatic's Vainglory to handle logistics for an event held at its London HQ.
