Ustwo Games has released a new video that shows the families of the Monument Valley 2 team invited to the company's London studio for the title's launch earlier this year.

The company flew out all 16 team members’ parents and loved ones to the launch party for the game to meet the team and try out the title for themselves.

Heart-warming stuff

The gesture ties in with the game’s themes, which focuses on the story of a mother and her child journeying through the game’s mind-bending levels.

It’s a nice video that offers a glimpse into the lives of developers outside of the games with the people they are closest to.

"Parents play an important part in our lives and also our game, Monument Valley 2. You could argue that without our parents our game would have never seen the light of day," reads the video's description.
