More speakers than an audio convention

Like a true hi-fi system, a high-end conference is nothing without great speakers.

That doesn't typically mean the 'loudest'. Alongside power you need finesse, expertise and the ability to communicate ideas without distortion.

Since starting its yearly rotation back in 2014, PGC London has deliberately structured its agenda to showcase both established industry heavyweights alongside respected  'rising stars' with a view to delivering broad and genuinely useful content.

January 22nd to 23rd 2018 will be no different. In that spirit, then, we're unveiling this latest selection of both familiar and fresh faces as the prelude to our regular speaker announcements:

Walid El Cheikh, Aalto University Executive Education
Jon Jordan, Accidental Gizmo
Mikael Bourget, AdoptMyGame
Josh Burns, Consultant
David Lee, formerly ESL Gaming
Janosch Sadowski, Fluffy Fairy Games
Romain Scheider, Janeious
Manish Agarwal, Nazara
Mika Kuusisto, Smartly
Leonard Tatum, Tatum Games, LLC
Alex Moukas, wappier
Adam Holmes, War Child UK

They join Scientific Revenue, Gamevil, Agnitio, Animoca, Chorus, and more already confirmed but we're far from finished.

We'll be turning things up to 11 soon enough, as we count down to Europe's largest mobile games industry event opening its doors to over 2,000 delegates from every corner of the mobile gaming globe and deliver a 10-track programme consisting of 45+ hours of content from more than 120 speakers engaged in a variety of talks, panels, firesides, postmortems and our first dedicated workshop programme.

On side B we'll have a vibrant & varied expo area showcasing some of the latest talent, Indie Pitch competitions to unearth 'the next big thing', tailored 'connect' sessions for developers looking for publishers/investors, a delegate meeting system to support an anticipated 5,000 business encounters, the obligatory after-party, as well as exciting new additions such as the newly announced Mobile Games Awards.

What's more, one ticket will grant you access to 'hidden tracks' XR Connects and PC Connects.

It'll be our biggest PGC yet in full 33RPM glory, and you can still grab an entry ticket at the Early Bird rate right here.

With three boys under the age of 12, former Edge editor Joao has given up his dream of making it to F1 and instead spends his weekends transforming his living room floor into a venue for hosting increasingly complex Scalextric tracks. When in work mode, he looks after the production (aka the behind-the-scenes magic) of Steel Media's series of conferences.
