Playdemic launches UK TV ad for casual golfing game Golf Clash

Playdemic has launched a TV ad campaign in the UK for its casual competitive golf game Golf Clash.

The ad features a wealth of people playing the game in a variety of situations intermixed with nonsensical stock footage. It also pokes fun at similar ads, with the voiceover eventually simply shouting the phrase "exciting words" to advertise the game.

The developer tweeted about the launch of its new ad on October 20th 2017. You can watch the one minute video below.

Smashing

Golf Clash has become a huge success for Playdemic, scoring $1.1 million in a day back in July 2017. It also received praise from our IAP Inspector for its "welcoming and engaging experience".

Playdemic was acquired by TT Games in February 2017 to develop new mobile games using the LEGO IP. At the time, its games had been downloaded over 50 million times and generated over $50 million in revenue.
