Nokia goes ad-funded game crazy with MOSH
It was just the other day that we heard about how successful ad-funded mobile games can be and now it seems that Nokia, ever on the ball, is keen to get in on the action.

Making use of its MOSH distribution platform, the company has made 800 ad-funded games, or Sponsored Games, as it is calling them, available to download. And before you even think it, a hasty stinking pile of shovelware this is not.

Among the titles already available are big brand franchises such as Sonic Jump and The Big Lebowski Bowling, as well as an assortment of bonafide classics, including Tower Bloxx, Rollercoaster Rush, Johnny Crash and Stolen in Sixty Seconds.

The games are completely free from Nokia's end, though your service provider might charge you a penny or two for any airtime usage while browsing and downloading titles.

And bear in mind the titles are networked so that new ads can be automatically downloaded and inserted, meaning that if you're not on an unlimited data plan, you might end up forking out more than you expect over the course of a month's worth of Tower Bloxx.

For anyone packing a full on unlimited data package, however, this is great news and though MOSH may not be the place to get hold of the latest and greatest mobile games, it is certainly an excellent channel to pick up some missed gems for free.

To browse and download the titles just point your mobile browser here.
