Scheduled SpeedMatch session for one-to-one meetings adds to the networking prowess of PGC London 2018

PG Connects Advent Day Nine: Developers get to meet publishers, guaranteed

We're running a 'PGC London 2018 Advent Calendar' throughout December. Every day, an informative conference-related update full of festivity.

The one aspect our PGC delegates consistently praise the highest in their feedback to us is the networking.

Not just the quality to be found in the breadth of connections ranging from student developers all the way to industry legends – with everything from media and service providers to c-level execs and investors in between – but also the quantity of the opportunities we make available for the networking to happen.

It's at the core of the PG Connects mission. Heck, it's even in the name – connecting the industry is the very reason we kicked off this conference series back in 2014. (Well, that and the fact that the constant source of stress keeps us – and our immune systems – sharp.)

So. Anyway. The point is that for PGC London 2018 (January 22nd to 23rd), making networking the central component of our conference is again the plan.

One element of this is our SpeedMatch session, which is designed specifically to enable developers to connect with publishers and investors in a series of speed-dating style meetings. It's deliberately short & sharp to enable a first contact, which will hopefully lead to a longer follow-up (which can be arranged via the conference's dedicated meeting system – see, it's as if we've thought this through).

Did we mention it's also free?

There's no catch but there are two 'conditions': there is an application and filtering process, meaning only shortlisted delegates are invited to attend; and you obviously need to be registered to attend the conference (note, Mid Term tickets are in their final days).

Meet that criteria and you'll be on your way to new connections. Don't… and don't despair – we have plenty more ways to network. More on those soon.
