Chartboost looks to 'gamify' mobile ads with Creative Studio launch

Chartboost has put together a new in-house team called Creative Studio to 'gamify' mobile ads.

The team will collaborate directly with companies to create mobile branded video and interactive content.

The service leverages machine learning and data based on the company’s experience in working with games to help improve ad engagement and drive installs.

Company expansion

Chartboost aims to also expand into new sectors outside of games, including food delivery, eCommerce and travel.

“We’ve been listening to our customers and we know brands not only want, but need to increase their ad performance,” said Chartboost EMEA VP Johan Lofstrom.

“That’s why we’re excited to launch Chartboost Creative Studio, where we’re now delivering the kind of interactive mobile ads with the in-ad data and retention rates advertisers have been looking for.”
