PG Connects Helsinki 2018 confirmed for September 11th to 12th

Setting up Pocket Gamer Connects San Francisco (May 14th to 15th) next doesn't mean we lose sight of our other Connects series duties.

So today the focus is on PGC Helsinki 2018, which is locked in for September 11th to 12th.

Our fifth event in Finland since turning up in 2014 will be suitably grand – and look to beat last year's record-breaking outing – by being 'bigger, better, more'.

Easily typed, we realise, but we have a history of delivering on our promises. So you can expect a carefully curated 10-track agenda delivered by more than 120 speakers from every corner of the mobile games ecosystem, while 1,500-plus delegates boost their business by cramming in thousands of meetings thanks to our events' celebrated focus on networking.

The core focus of the schedule is currently being tinkered with and at this stage we'd encourage experts in any of the following areas to submit their speaking application:

  • Influencer marketing
  • Blockchain/cryptocurrency/ICO
  • eSports
  • Company culture
  • Team management
  • Technical workshops
  • Indie success/failure stories
  • Business strategy
  • Live ops
  • 'Big data'
  • Game mechanics
  • Audio design
  • Game production
  • Narrative development
  • Social platform gaming
  • UX
  • Talent acquisition
  • Diversity
  • Monetisation
  • UA
  • Global markets (data focus)
  • Publishing principles
  • Localisation
  • Piracy
  • AI

Got insight to share on any of above? Then right this way, friend.

When in work mode, he looks after the production (aka the behind-the-scenes magic) of Steel Media's series of conferences.
