Marvel Future Fight breaks the 70 million players mark

Netmarble's action-RPG Marvel Future Fight has surpassed 70 million players.

To celebrate the milestone and the title’s third anniversary the studio has extended the series of in-game events it was running for Avengers: Infinity War.

The check-in event has been extended to May 7th and will include free Premium Hero boxes along with a special sale for gold, ISO-8 and specialised equipment.

Players who log on today can also catch the end of Netmarble’s 30 boost point campaign. The campaign initially started on April 3rd and included a special third year anniversary Comics Card which was handed out to players who logged in on April 30th.

To infinity and beyond

Before the anniversary date of April 30 Marvel Future Fight began hosting a countdown event which ran from April 16th to 30th. The in-game event gave out rewards every day including the Tier-2 character selector, which was rewarded on April 30th.

The Tier-2 character selector gave players a choice to receive a powerful Tier-2 characters like Sharon Rogers (Captain America), the Hulk and more for free.

“We’re honoured to have supported players and their heroes’ quest against the evils of the Earth for three years”, said Netmarble chief global officer Seungwon Lee.

“We thank everyone for standing by us all this time and will continue to create exciting content for the good of the universe for years to come.”
