There's been a big rush in recent months for Chinese publishers and distributors to import western games.
That's the context for the deal between key Android app store Qihoo 360 and German outfit Goodgame Studios.
The Hamburg-based developer is well known for its strategy games.
Qihoo 360 says this is the first deal of its type that it's signed with a western company.

The first game to be released as part of the deal is Empire: Four Kingdoms, which is a medieval-themed strategy game.
Qihoo 360 has built up its distribution power on the basic of people using its anti-virus software, particularly on PC where they sideload large files such as games onto their phones.
It also has over 450 million users of its mobile products, and generated around $253 million in FY13 from its value-added services - mainly games.
