Asian analytics: Flurry makes move on China with Renren partnership

It's development 'boom time'

Asian analytics: Flurry makes move on China with Renren partnership
Renren Games, one of China's leading social networks, has unveiled a partnership with Flurry designed to offer analytics to the region's mobile development community.

Developers who choose to utilise Renren's publishing platform will gain access to Flurry's analytics tools, giving outfits the means to track key statistics such as active app users, player retention, and in-app events.

On top of that, studios will also be able to use AppSport, Flurry's global monetisation platform, as well as having access to Ader, one of the biggest mobile ad networks in China.

Optimisation and profit

Flurry's decision to partner with Renren is another sign that China is continuing to embrace mobile technology at an astounding rate

"Mobile application development is witnessing a major boom in China," said Simon Khalaf, President and CEO of Flurry.

"We are proud to be working with Renren Games on helping China-based developers optimise their app experience and increase their revenues through an integrated platform."

Both companies anticipate that integration between Renren Games and Flurry will be completed by the end of this year, with more features, and enhancements becoming available in 2014.

What do you call someone who has an unhealthy obsession with video games and Sean Bean? That'd be a 'Chris Kerr'. Chris is one of those deluded souls who actually believes that one day Sean Bean will survive a movie. Poor guy.
