There's plenty going on in the Chinese mobile games market.
Which means, you need to be regularly going to China to find out what's new.
One of the shows to help you do that is the Global Mobile Internet Conference, better known as GMIC.
The San Francisco side of the event happens in September, while the Beijing part of the event is happening on 5-6 May.
PocketGamer.biz will be there: specifically at the Global Games Summit track.
Talk, talk
During the two days, editor-at-large Jon Jordan will be hard at work, giving a 10 minutes keynote entitled "10 minutes = 10 innovative F2P mobile games you need to play", as well moderating two panels.
You can see the full schedule, including talks from big hitting companies such as Tencent, Perfect World, FL Mobile, Baidu, Xiaomi, Youzu and EGLS, here.
