Does your game encourage virality, asks Oscar Clark

Oscar Clark, a consultant and evangelist at Unity Technologies, gave a talk at Pocket Gamer Connects Bangalore 2015 about the social nature of mobile gaming.

As Clark said, "we have the power in the devices we're using to instantly create content that is itself valuable."

Worth talking about

He suggested that developers need to have some element to their game "that encourage players to share what they've done."

This could be an in-game item that shows how much effort a player has put into a game, or even exciting moments in a game that make players want to talk about the game on social networks.
