South Korea games show G-Star 2017 dated for November 16th to 19th

South Korea games show G-Star 2017 will be held in BEXCO, Busan for four days from November 16th to 19th.

Gang Shin-chul, chairman of the Korea Game Industry Association (KGA), revealed a detailed schedule during a meeting held in Yangjae-dong, Seoul.

Busan has been named as the host city for G-Star 2017 and the event will remain there until at least 2020.

One of the goals of this year's G-Star is to expand the expo even further and make it more appealing to the masses.

Stars in their eyes

Attendees can expect to see new games on the show floor as well as new on-site events. This year's show also aims to attract more foreign games companies and investors.

Shin-chul has been named the leader of the G-Star Organising Committee to ensure closer ties between the event and the KGA.

The ultimate goal for G-Star, Shin-chul said, is to make it a cultural event that can be enjoyed throughout the entire year, rather than at a single show.

Further details for G-Star 2017 be announced during the summer.
