The interest in Crazy Defense Heroes has inspired Animoca to push for a worldwide launch by the end of Q2 2017. It is also hoping to develop an Android version of the game by Q3.

Crazy Kings and Crazy Defense Heroes are two games Animoca held onto despite selling huge chunks of its portfolio in 2017. It sold 13 games to Maple Media in September, and 318 titles to iCandy in November.

Animoca is now pushing into blockchain and cryptocurrency, having acquired Fuel Powered and struck a deal with blockchain-powered game CryptoKitties. It also recently acquired Tribleflame in a deal worth up to $433,000.
