G-STAR trade visitor pre-registration now open

Korean games industry event also puts business matching system live

G-STAR trade visitor pre-registration now open

Leading Asian games industry conference and expo G-STAR has now opened trade visitor pre-registration until November 3rd. Advance tickets are $100, or you can register onsite for $200.

The official registration page is available online now.

The South Korean event has also put its business matching system live. The integrated business platform is intended to support game content export and overseas marketing of domestic and foreign corporations.

Exhibitors and trade visitors can verify pre-reg information between corporations and set up a time and place to meet at the event through the message functionality on the website.

Big Indie Awards

The event is also the setting for the Big Indie Awards; the dramatic climax to a truly global year of Big Indie Pitch competitions. South Korean developers have until the end of October to enter the Local Developer Award.

G-STAR will be held at Busan’s BEXCO exhibition centre in South Korea between Thursday, November 15th to Saturday, November 18th. Launched in 2005, the annual South Korean computer and video game trade show is the one-stop, easily-accessible gateway to the Asian market. It always features the best selection of game companies, from indie developers to the largest firms and in 2018, a focus for G-STAR will be international attendees. As well as more booths from representatives around the globe, 2018's G-STAR will also be heavily promoting the indie game scene.
