Four Thirty Three’s location-based augmented reality game Ghostbusters World is now available in Singapore, Sweden, Denmark and New Zealand on Android.
Sony had given a broad release window of late 2018 for a full release but confirmed Ghostbusters World had only soft-launched in a few countries.
A listing for the location-based augmented reality title on the UK iOS App Store, however, currently has it down as expected to release October 22nd.
Ghostbusters World features all the hallmarks of location-based AR pioneer Pokemon Go, with gameplay centred on nabbing familiar ghouls.
That said, it also has other features such as PvP battles along with an original story mode.
Who ya gonna call?
The Ghostbusters franchise isn’t the only one to receive the Pokemon Go treatment, with Next Games’ The Walking Dead: Our World and Ludia’s Jurassic World Alive releasing this year.
According to Sensor Tower, The Walking Dead: Our World brought in over $8 million in revenue during its first 55 days.
Ludia’s Jurassic World Alive, meanwhile, is said to have taken home more than $25 million in four months.
