DeltaDNA hires Rovio, DeNA, Sega veteran David Zemke to optimise US performance

UK game analytics and marketing outfit deltaDNA has levelled up its US operations with the appointment of David Zemke.

Taking the role of VP of business development, North America, Zemke is tasked with building the deltaDNA brand across North America.

It's a market he knows well thanks to previous stints with Rovio, DeNA, Sega and Glu Mobile.

Force multipler

"David's appointment is a major coup for deltaDNA," commented deltaDNA CEO Mark Robinson.

"His experience in developing and marketing global mobile games businesses is unparalleled, which is why his decision to join deltaDNA highlights the increasing emphasis major publishers now place on data analytics, to help inform the entire game development, marketing and monetization journey."

Zemke added: "Having spent almost two decades with some of the industry's biggest publishers and developers, I am excited to join deltaDNA and experience how game marketing and monetization looks from the other side.

"I've been incredibly impressed by the technology, people and vision that founders Mark and Chris [Wright] have put in place. I look forward to using my experience to help the company take it's North American operation to the next level."
