UK entertainment ad sales firm Venatus has hired a new Head of International Sales.
Dean Smith takes on the role following nearly four years at PCGamesN owner Network N. There he held the role of Sales Director and was responsible for growing the sales team and building up the company’s presence in emerging markets.
At Venatus he’s been charged with building and managing its international sales team to support its growth in the EMEA, APAC and US territories.
The company has worked with games developers and publishers including Rovio and EA in the past.
“It is fantastic that Dean has chosen to lend his vast experience of international markets to Venatus during this very exciting phase,” said Venatus CEO Rob Gay.
“He has been very successful at some fantastic companies in the past and we look forward to working with him to realise our international sales hopes.’”
