MZ eyes 70 new staff in big recruitment drive

Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire developer MZ (Machine Zone) has kicked off a large recruitment drive with the company opening 70 new jobs vacancies.

The openings are at the developer’s Palo Alto, California HQ across a variety of roles. The company is looking for new staff in game art, analytics, ad operations and consulting, data science, game design, game engineering, performance marketing and research.

It also has eight positions open for people to work on its live data Satori platform, including for a machine learning scientist.

New game?

With so many job vacancies open, it could suggest that MZ is working on a new game. Recently, the studio appeared to pull the user acquisition campaigns for its once flagship titles Game of War and Mobile Strike, in favour of investment in Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire.
