Our studio has also led the development of the newest game in the Watch Dogs franchise – Watch Dogs: Legion (2020), a stand out for its tech and design work, play as anyone gameplay in an open world, and rich and detailed rendition of a future London. Starlink: Battle for Atlas (2018) was Ubisoft Toronto’s first new IP, which seamlessly blended physical and digital gameplay. Splinter Cell Blacklist was the first title released by Ubisoft Toronto in 2013. We have an exciting roadmap of projects for the future and can’t wait to share more details.

Job Description

We’re working on a Splinter Cell remake, assembling a team with passion, drive and respect for the trifocal goggles. This is an opportunity to be part of a treasured franchise, rebuilt on Ubisoft’s Snowdrop engine to deliver next-generation visuals and modernized stealth gameplay, while preserving what's at the heart of the Splinter Cell experience.

Type of Position: Permanent, full-time; Toronto, Ontario; Hybrid, flexible work environment

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production team with respect to team members, material, logistical, communication, organizational, scheduling and other follow-up needs.


  • The main and routine functions of the Project Coordinator are to:
  • Help ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are kept up to date;
  • Coordinate and create the means required to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project (e.g. newsletters, mailing lists, etc.);
  • Organise/Attend Meetings, collect meeting notes and send out recaps of the action items;
  • Work with other managers to ensure that action items have Jiras, complete with all the pertinent information
  • Help keep the various project organization tools up to date (including project organization flowcharts, Roadmaps and Jira);
  • Participate in the various Teams’ Sprint Planning sessions;
  • Assist in keeping pertinent information and documentation updated (Confluence, Sharepoint, etc.);
  • Setup and manage floor plans & seating organization when work teams are moved, merged and/or restructured;
  • Work with Management/Leadership to ensure rigorous follow up and timely delivery on various topics, deliverables;
  • Participate in Cell or Strike Team management;
  • Be the example of a positive, professional, empathetic and result-oriented approach to communication and problem solving;
  • Ensure that new employees are properly onboarded;
  • Carry out all other related tasks.



  • Relevant training in management is considered a plus, but not a requirement. In example, a Diploma or Degree in Project Management/Administration or other equivalent training.
  • Desired Qualification
  • Prior experience working in the Video Game industry, either AAA or mobile games;
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position or any other relevant experience;
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, and common project management tools, such as Atlassian Jira;
  • Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work effectively under pressure;
  • Self-disciplined and proactive approach to work, with a strong attention to details.
