Mobile ad firm 24MAS acquires digital media agency Spoiled Milk

Third purchases in 4 months

Mobile ad firm 24MAS acquires digital media agency Spoiled Milk
Far from shy when it comes to splashing the cash, mobile ad specialist 24MAS has acquired its third firm in four months.

This time its digital cross media agency Spoiled Milk, which has joined the Swedish company for an undisclosed fee.

Spoiled Milk, which began life in 2005, specialises in digital consultancy, social media strategy, and aiding cross platform development across iOS, Android and Windows Mobile.

Moving on Milk

According to 24MAS, the acquisition will help strengthen the company's roles in both mobile advertising and serving up solutions for app developers.

"Spoiled Milk are at the forefront of technology and design trends, working for a broad client base delivering cutting edge products and solutions," said 24MAS CEO Tero Turunen.

"The combination of Spoiled Milk and all the other business units of 24MAS, means we will be strengthening our cross media expertise and product range, deploying them on a global basis."

Back in February, 24MAS broadened its business by purchasing mobile games publisher THQ Wireless.

It followed this acquisition up in early May, buying service provider Selatra.
