Spoing and Civilization War are the top-reviewed Android games for May
If you were wondering what the best-reviewed Android games on the web last month were, here's the Android Quality Index round-up for May to fill you in.

The Android Quality Index boasts over 290,000 reviews from websites like Life of Android, Pocket Gamer, and Gamezebo, and uses a unique metric to create a single definitive score for each Android title.

Spring is in the air

Android users were spoilt for choice last month, with a large number of high-quality games landing on Google Play during the past four weeks.

Springing straight into the top spot is elasticated platform puzzler Spoing, which leapt over all obstacles to become Android Qi's highest-rated chart entry for May.

Meanwhile, social strategy title Civilization War has had players competing for victory on the international battleground - via a series of touchscreen menus, of course.

Lunar Racer also made an impression on the surface of the Top 10, leaving a trail of moondust in its wake as it sped to a third-place finish.

N.B. While we only display the average score to one decimal place, the list is generated to further significant figures. We just don't show them all.

And, naturally, this is a static graph based on live listings which are subject to constant change as new releases and reviews emerge.

In order to provide a regular marker of the critical zeitgeist, however, we will continue to round up the best of the Android games released each month to provide the definitive Quality Index top ten.
