Mobile advertising and monetisation platform Tapjoy, announced it's hired a new Chief Financial Officer.
Matthew Service will be stepping into the CFO role where he'll be responsible for global financial planning, analysis, ad operations, and information technology.
Service's nomination to the post of CFO is the second high-level executive hire made by CEO Steve Wadsworth since he came on board in the autumn of 2012.
It follows the hiring of Jeff Drobick as CPO in March.
Service industry
Matthew Service held COO and CFO titles at the publicly-listed online video search and advertising company blinkx before being brought on board by Tapjoy.
Service says he's "excited to step into this role and join Tapjoy's world-class executive team on its mission to be the leading mobile app value creation platform."
In June, Tapjoy cut roughly 10 percent of its total workforce in an attempt to remain "competitive" and "productive".
