Last week was an action-packed period of panels, keynotes, and parties for the Casual Connect 2013 crowd.
There's was plenty of hustle - showing off games, striking deals, and discovering innovative ways to acquire, engage and monetize users.
So when the clock struck 6pm on Wednesday 31 July, those seeking to cool their dogs headed over to the Pocket Gamer and Kiip party at Roe nightclub to relax with friends.
On the main floor co-sponsors Creative Mobile and Immersion were entertaining guests.
Vladimir Funtikov, co-founder, and Marianna Krjakvina, head of marketing at Creative Mobile were discussing their thrilling drag racing game, Nitro Nation
Bob Heubel, developer evangelist at Immersion, was demoing the company's haptics technology which enables sensory feedback in gameplay.
As always, the Immersion table was chock full of irresistible swag including adorable Android plushies, skullcaps and tee shirts.
On the up
Upstairs, the Kiip crew was hunkered down in the cozy lounges chatting with devs about their rewards platform.
On the dance floor, partygoers were grooving to the sweet sensations of DJ R3Y GUTI3RR3Z while the mobile game glitterati donned rave shades and mixed it up amidst an open bar of craft cocktails and savory snacks.
It was a most intimate gathering of industry VIPs and Avery Wong Photography was on hand to capture the good times.
