Nintendo, Sony, EA and Ouya all bound for Game Connection America 2014

With a month to go before this year's Game Connection America, organisers have lifted the lid on the big names bound for San Francisco this May, with over 391 exhibitors, buyers, service providers, developers and other attendees already on board.

Attendees include names from Activision Blizzard, Applifier, Chillingo, DeNA, EA, Gamevil, Konami, Namco Bandai, Nintendo, Ouya, Sony, Square Enix, and Tencent, amongst others.

Large development groups from regions like Argentina, Brazil, France, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, Taiwan and the UK will also be making their presense known.

Making connections

Taking place just down the road from GDC, the show will open with the Selected Project Awards, highlighting unsigned game projects, followed by the Marketing Awards, honouring a range of marketing campaigns.

The Meeting Application for the event has just gone live too. Using it, attendees can schedule up to ten meetings per day, browse other attendees, and check other companies' projects.

Filters including country, activity and turnover allows users to set up meetings back-to-back to maximise the amount of time available. A detailed breakdown of how the app works can be found here.

The show will be running 17-19 March in San Francisco's Sir Francis Drake Hotel. Tickets are still available at late registration prices starting from €525.
