Game Connection 2014 announces record 900 attending companies
Just days before the event is due to kick-off, Game Connection organisers have revealed that a record breaking number of attending companies will be attending Game Connection 2014.

Over 900 companies will be represented in Paris, with roughly 300 exhibitors competing for the attention of 1,800 attendees and 200 buyers.

4,100 meetings having also been arranged using Game Connection's meeting application, while media attendance for this year's conference has reached unprecedented levels, with editors and journalists - including yours truly - venturing from the four corners of the earth to cover the show.

As well as all the face-to-face business meetings, Game Connection also has a packed schedule consisting of more than 100 sessions, panels, and master classes.

The conference will play host to seven main tracks, covering key areas such as business, game design, marketing, technology, arts, finance, and production.

Conference highlights include panels by speakers from companies such as Microsoft Studios, Electronic Arts, Oculus VR, Ouya, Activision Blizzard, Bigpoint, Square Enix, Wargaming Europe, Amazon, Epic Games, Ubisoft and King.

Specific in-depth discussions on audio and localisation, as well as dedicated tracks such as the Unity Day, Polish Day, and UK Day ensure there's something for everyone.
